What we process and why
- Photographs — to produce an indicative appearance assessment in this session.
- Name, email and mobile, if you provide them — emailed to info@drselinaclinics.co.uk so a member of the team can contact you about this analysis and next steps. A short summary of the indicative score and suggested discussion points is included. Photographs are not emailed.
Lawful basis for the photographs is your explicit consent. Lawful basis for contact details is your request to be contacted about this enquiry. Optional marketing is only used if you separately agree.
What we do not do
- We do not diagnose medical conditions.
- We do not create biometric identity templates or use facial recognition.
- We do not infer race, ethnicity, religion or health conditions from your face.
- We do not advertise prescription-only medicines.
- We do not sell your photographs or contact details.
Storage and deletion
Photographs stay in your browser for this session. A compressed copy is sent for a single analysis request and is not kept as a patient record by this application. If you tap Send my details, your name, email and/or mobile are emailed to info@drselinaclinics.co.uk. Email the clinic to ask them to delete an enquiry you have sent. Close the tab or clear site data to delete local copies on this device.
Special category data
Facial images used to observe skin may be treated as biometric and/or health-related data under UK GDPR. A Data Protection Impact Assessment and legal review are required before production use on a clinic-controlled domain.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal data the clinic holds, and you may withdraw consent. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
